Shipping policy

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S. & Washington, D.C.)

  • Flat-rate shipping: $4.90
  • Estimated transit time: 3–12 business days

Extended Area Shipping

  • Flat-rate shipping: $11.90
  • Applies to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Estimated transit time: 5–20 business days

Free Shipping

  • Orders with a pre-tax merchandise total of $70 or more ship free within the United States.

Please note:

  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.
  • Orders containing only stickers may ship without tracking information.

Production & Fulfillment

  • Most of our items are made-to-order or offered while production is still underway.
  • Production time varies by item. Many items ship within a few business days, while small batch production and made-to-order items may take up to 5 weeks to produce before shipping.
  • Transit time (above) is added once your item leaves our warehouse.
  • You'll get an email the moment your order ships. If production will take longer than expected, we'll reach out and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

  • Once a package leaves us and is accepted by the carrier, delivery is in their hands. The carrier cannot guarantee receipt of or adherence to special delivery instructions.
  • If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors, household members, and your building's mail area, then contact the carrier to file a claim. We'll help provide tracking or delivery confirmation, but we're unable to replace or refund orders marked delivered by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided. If you need to make a correction, email mama@irreverentmother.com as soon as possible and we'll update if the timing still allows.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
